Michael Alexenko, CFA is President of Royal Asset Managers, a boutique investment advisory firm. He has over 35 years of experience working with small business owners and individual investors. He was employed by Northern Trust and then was Vice President of Business Banking and Investment and Trust Services with Harris Bank, Chicago where he worked with business and private banking clients.
Michael graduated from Purdue University in 1985, where he earned a B.S. in Management. In 1998 he was awarded the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). The CFA designation is a globally recognized achievement and is an honor earned by individuals who have mastered various fields of financial studies. The designation requires members to maintain ethical standards that demand honesty and fair dealing with clients. Michael has authored numerous articles on the subject of investing and has been quoted in national media outlets. Michael held series 7 and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and was a Registered Financial Advisor with the National Football League Players Association.
Michael is a graduate of Canon Trust School and American Bankers Association National Trust School in the discipline of estate planning.
Michael has been an active volunteer with numerous community and charitable organizations like Cadence Health, Anderson Animal Shelter, Junior Achievement and the Geneva Lions Club. He is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the CFA Institute.
